Three women courageously open up and discuss what they believe are society's perceptions of beauty, and how hair and other body issues are portrayed in the media and society today, and what impact it has on their lives. The beauty tip for this month is "gratitude". I have been working steadily on adopting an attitude of gratitude. Working on my self in this way has opened my eyes to so many of the blessings around me. My hope is that you will too.
