What is "THE IMENA PROJECT" ?

THE IMENA PROJECT is a series of fundraising events to support IMENA inc. The fundraising events will enable IMENA Inc. to open up its flagship beauty store / salon and spa in New York City.
IMENA Inc. is the heart project of owner Tammy G. She has a vision of a beauty company that will provide superior beauty services, unparralleled customer services and a product line that will encourage hair health and skin vitality.
The vision also includes providing continual education for licensed professionals in the beauty industry as well as owning and operating a school that will provide a curriculum of study for unlicensed hairstylists to take and pass the NYS cosmetology licensing exam. The vision also reaches to provide employment opportunities within NYC and to give back to the community in a way that really makes a difference in the lives of others.
The 1st event on the IMENA PROJECT calendar is our
"IMENA BEAUTY EXTRAVAGANZA"
which will be held on
Saturday November 8th, 2008.
This will be the BEAUTY SOCIAL EVENT OF THE FALL!
At this event we will be providing our guests with a host of beauty services, music, unlimited, food and drinks and great giveaways! The purpose of this event is to introduce people to Imena Inc. and to raise money to support the vision.
We need your help in executing this event and making the vision come to life. If you are interested in becoming an investor please send us an email. You can also help by becoming a sponsor. Sponsors help by advertising their business through our fundraising events while fulfilling a need to make the event a success. For this event we need help with the following:

beauty supplies,
