Hello!
it's March and we're starting to feel the hint of spring in the air. One thing you can do for your beauty routine is make sure you incorporate more water into your diet. I know that for some of us (me lol), over the winter we survive off of coffee and latte's because they help comfort us from the cold. But now is the time!! Get more water into your body. Your skin and hair will thank you! The body is mostly made up of water so it makes sense to drink more of it to replenish ourselves.
